The BEFA offers several ways to assist electric flight equipment suppliers in advertising their products and/or services:
An entry in the Electric Flight Suppliers list on this website, with an initial entry in
the news scrolling window.
New electric flight products and/or services can be advertised in the New-2-U section of
our Electric Flight - UK (EF-UK) magazine. Entries
in the New-2-U section are free of charge, but as space sometimes limited it is allocated at the
discretion of the Editor.

Advertising can also be purchased in EF-UK and is available for electric flight suppliers or event organizers. The current circulation is around 500 copies per issue, all to electric flight enthusiasts. A full page is A5 (less border) giving an approximate printing area of 188 mm x 127 mm (7.4" x 5"). Examples of advertising can be seen in the sample copy of EF-UK. The standard advertising rates are:
Inside
Front Cover or Inside or Outside Rear Cover - (188 x 127 mm) = £25 per page per issue.
Full page in the main body (188 x 127
mm) = £20 per page per issue.
Half page (94 x 127
mm) = £10 per 1/2 page per
issue.
Full or 1/2 page advertisements for Electric
Flight events run by BMFA, BMFA areas or charitable organizations maybe included in
the magazine free of charge if space allows (at the discretion of the Editor).
The final advertising method is where a supplier provides an electric flight item for review. They will receive the appropriate credit at the bottom of the review article, including the name and contact information along with the current price information. Suppliers will normally be supplied a copy of the article prior to publishing and allowed to make comments on any aspects they wish.
